You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option.
The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have already been used or damaged
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, where applicable
